Rämänuja - the celebrated Vaiñëava äcärya of the Çré sampradäyawho founded the Vedäntic school which taught the doctrine of viçiñöädvaitaväda, qualified non-dualism. He lived at Käïcipuram and Çré Raìgam in South India in the 12th century. He is believed to have been an incarnation of Çeña and is known also as both Rämänujäcärya and Yatiräja. He wrote commentaries on Bhagavad-Géta, Çrémad-Bhägavatam, and Vedänta-sütra.
