By kirtana, and by writing and distributing books, almost the entire world knew about A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada; and this mission was preached everywhere in a couple of years. I also want this.
Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada is my siksa-guru. Also, my diksa gurudeva, Srila Bhaktiprajnana Kesava Gosvami Maharaja, told me to translate books, from their original languages, and I am doing so. Up to now, about 50 books have been published, and they are both supplementary and complementary to the books of Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
I want my books to be distributed; they should not remain in cold storage. I want that, in a cyclic order, thousands and thousands of books should come from the press, and they should at once be distributed and again printed.
Pure Bhakti When women see men, does lust come? When men see women, do they feel lust? You must consider, “When my name and fame is checked by someone, do I become angry with that person? Do I have pride?” You must look at yourself and think about this. If you have these faults, how can bhakti (devotion) come?
Pure Bhakti Do pranama (obeisances) to the place where hari-katha is going on. Do pranama to those who are hearing, to the person who is speaking, and to the one who has managed things so that the hari-katha can take place. Try to do pranama to all of them and serve them, and then hari-katha will come into your heart.

Pure Bhakti Keep your good fortune by developing strong faith in Guru, by performing devotional services under his guidance with commitment, and by following his instructions nicely. Then you will get bhakti; otherwise it is not possible.
Pure Bhakti If you pray to Gurudeva, new understandings will come in your heart by inspiration. Don't think he is mortal. He is like Krsna and, like Krsna, his mercy is causeless. So, pray to him and he will inspire you. Sometimes he comes as siksa-guru, and in the form of siksa-guru he inspires you by his words and teachings.
Pure Bhakti If you want to develop your Krishna consciousness, don't try to show off your bhakti (devotion) to others. Keep it like camphor in your heart. If burning camphor is kept in a closed room, its fragrance increases. If kept in an open doorway, it evaporates.
Pure Bhakti Serving Gurudeva and fulfilling his desire is the root of all bhakti (devotion); the backbone of bhakti. If you have no guru-nistha, faith in Gurudeva, you cannot develop even an inch in the bhakti line.

The festival site, Sosnovaya Roscha (Pine Grove) Holiday Complex, is set in a picturesque pine forest famous for its natural beauty and pristine ecology. There is also a nice lake nearby. Pine Grove is located 65 kilometers from Moscow.
Site facilities consist of 5 residential buildings, a large program hall, and a spacious dining hall, in which devotees will be served 3 prasadam meals daily.
In this preliminary announcement, we are giving just some basic information about the festival site. When the complex will have been renovated by us for the pleasure of Srila Gurudeva (which is approximately by June), we will publish updated information which will include exact geographical location of the festival site, transportation schemes and photos.

Hari Katha will start on Thursday the 20th of May and last ...until Monday the 24th of May. On Sunday the 23rd of May we have a big Shoba Yatra Procession where we accompany Lord Jagannatha, Lord Baladeva and Lady Subhadra throught the crowded streets of Berlin. Srila Gurudeva expressed the desire that as many devotees as possible should be able to attend the festival.

Pure Bhakti If you always remember Krishna and
Gurudeva, they will inspire you.
Pure Bhakti Don’t think, “Now I have finished my performance of bhajana, so now I can go and sleep.” Rather, it is like a recharge.
Pure Bhakti The position of the disciple has special significance in that he has to pay his attention to the words and observe the deeds of the guru, as well as perceive the true goal of his attempts. Indeed, his function as a recipient will vary according to the nature, capacity and degree of his whole-hearted attention.
Pure Bhakti You are not this body. You are soul, part and parcel of Lord Sri Krsna. You are, by nature, always happy as Lord Krsna's eternal servant.
Pure Bhakti Srila Haridas Thakura is an excellent example of true sraddha (faith). He asserted, “Even if I am cut into millions of pieces, I will not give up chanting Krsna’s name.” This is called transcendental sraddha. We should place our hands on our heart and ask ourselves, “What class of sraddha is situated in me?”
Pure Bhakti A bona fide Guru is omniscient. Guru always remembers Krsna and Krsna is with him.

Bhakti Rasayana
