También conocido como Kuliyâ-grâma y Kuliyâ Pâhârpura. Está situado en Koladvîpa en la orilla oeste del Bhâgîrathî. La actual ciudad de Navadvîpa se llamaba antiguamente Kuliyâ-grâma. Ärî Mâdhava dâsa Caùùopâdhyâya (Chakauri Caùùopâàhyâya), el padre de Ärîla Vaêäîvadanânanda Ùhâkura, vivió en este pueblo. Este lugar se llama también aparâdha-bhañjana-pâùa, el lugar donde son destruidas las ofensas. Cuando Ärîman Mahâprabhu pasó por Kuliyâ en Su trayecto de Purî a Vèndâvana, se quedó en casa de Mâdhava dâsa durante siete días. Durante ese tiempo Él liberó a dos grandes ofensores, Gopâla Cakravartî y Devânanda Paòàita, y también a muchas otras personas que fueron a verle. Kuliyâ: (sáns. vaiëòava).
