His book Appreciating Vrindavana-dhama was an eye-opener to me. (I had read that book in the ’90s.) Maharaja is very concerned that the devotees progress in their pathway to pure love of Krsna, and that reveals his affection and compassion for the Vaisnavas. Maharaja has been exceptionally kind to me and has shown great tolerance towards me.
