Dear Devotees and dear Friends,
please accept our dandavats pranams and kindly, always continue to receive heartly blessings from Srila Gurudeva. All glories to Sri Guru and Sri Gauranga and all glories to Sri Sri Radha Vinode Bihariji.
The devotees performed kirtan filled with deep moods of separation whole night and morning of the 30th December in the Natha Mandir of Sri Kesavji Gaudiya Math; at 07.30 AM Srila Gurudeva’s transcendental body was prepared to go on parikram. After Gurupuja it was lovingly placed on a beautiful decorated palanquin and hundreds of devotees followed in procession for Sri Devananda Gaudiya Math to have darshan and perform parikram of Sri Sri Radha Vinode Bihariji, Sri Sri Laksmi Varahadeva, nityalila pravista om vishnupada Sri Srima Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur Prabhupada, the Samadhi Mandir of his Gurumaharaja, nityalila pravista om vishnupada Sri Srimad Bhakti Pragyan Kesava Maharaja, as well as the Samadhi Mandir of nityalila pravista om vishnupada Sri Srimad Bhaktiveda nta Vaman Gosvami Maharaja. Next we went to Panchaveni and performed achaman and prayers. Then we returned to our Math where all devotees were allowed to bathe Srila Gurudeva’s transcendental body. After dressing and applying transcendental mantras it was placed in Samadhi according to Gaudiya Vaisnava rules and regulations. A schedule for daily offering of arotik and prasadam is in place. It was a most heart touching ceremony which we will remember forever.
In the evening, as well as today morning and evening many wonderful devotees are offering their puspanjali, describing the unlimited transcendental glories of Srila Gurudeva’s life and teachings. Tomorrow is the day that all Gaudiya Vaisnavas are invited to observe the Viraha Mahotsava. This will start at 09.00 AM and last till 13.30 PM.
